Empetiko is a pet store chain for which we developed the positioning concept, naming, logo, visual identity, and brand book.
Based on consumer insights, we developed the positioning concept “a care ecosystem”. After all, a pet store is not just a place where people buy products — it is a place where caring for pets becomes a way of caring for ourselves.
During the naming stage, we embedded the core brand idea: Empetiko = Empathy + Pet. The name combines two key values — the brand’s empathy toward people and the love owners have for their furry companions.
This idea continued into the visual identity system, where the main role is played by vibrant illustrations featuring expressive, animated-style characters.
Beyond pet stores, the brand concept expands into a comprehensive pet-care experience: grooming, pet services, owner communities, and additional solutions that make life more comfortable for both pets and their humans.
