KABAKUM COLLECTION is a real estate collection on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria, near Varna.

Core Values of the Project:
- Providing investors with the opportunity to build a collection of profitable real estate.
- Showcasing all the benefits of life in Bulgaria to foreign guests, making the country their second home.
- Offering Bulgarians a fundamentally new quality of life on the Black Sea coast.

As part of the project, we developed a positioning concept, names for a series of properties, a logo and identity for the umbrella brand and individual real estate objects, a series of slogans, and a brand book.
